My 9 Weekly Goals

Here's what I accomplished last week:

Family Goals
  • Love my family.

Personal Goals

18 dozen Butterhorn dinner rolls!
Home Management Goals

  • Make Banana Muffins for Mike.
  • Make Butterhorn dinner rolls (not chocolate) for church dinner (we need 18 dozen!). {See picture above for proof! It was a long three days but I got them all done - and everyone raved about them!}
  • Sort Hannah's 3-6 month clothes.
  • Cut cloth wipes and make solution (I am planning to try Recipe #2 at that link). {My wipes are unraveling, so I ordered some from a friend's Etsy shop instead. I cannot sew!}

Blog Goals

  • Post two book reviews and link them where necessary.
Since I don't have to make 18 dozen rolls this week, it will be an easy week! :)

Family Goals
  • Love my husband and Hannah.

Personal Goals
  • Continue reading "Bottled Up."
  • Try to crochet.
  • Exercise - walk outside.

Home Management Goals
  • Sweep and mop floors.
  • Make a dessert (I thinking gluten free cookies).
  • Plan deep cleaning projects.
  • Work on cleaning the kitchen. I am sorting through everything to see what we can get rid of (the youth at church are having a garage sale in June).

Blog Goals
  • Post daily.

My 8 Weekly Goals

I did put together a list of weekly goals last week after we got home from our trip, but I didn't get them posted on the blog. We got home on Tuesday and I felt behind all week because of it! This week should be mostly "normal," so here is what I'll be focusing on:

Family Goals
  • Love my family!

Personal Goals

Home Management Goals
  • Clean treadmill and vacuum sunroom.
  • Put together shopping list for La Crosse trip.

  • Work on May menu plan before we leave.
  • Continue cloth diaper research.

Blog Goals
  • Post a Reading Update for April.
  • Post a Goals Update for April.

  • Love my husband and Hannah - and enjoy our two days away.

Blog Goals

  • Write Purex Insiders review and giveaway post (schedule for next week).

This week is going to be a normal week for me, so I have a solid list of goals to work on:

My 8 Weekly Goals

I didn't post my goals last week because time just got away from me, but I did create my weekly goals and wrote them in my planner. So here's what I accomplished:
  • I finished reading "Lead Your Family Like Jesus" - and posted a review today.
  • I put together my April goals and posted those here on my blog.
  • I finished all my thank you notes on Saturday...and then got three more baby gifts on Sunday morning! :)
  • And we did a larger shopping trip to La Crosse, including a stop at Sam's Club (we purchased a membership with the recent Living Social deal). We were very impressed with Sam's!
This week, we're gone for a few days, but then I have a few "normal" days at home, so here are my goals for the week:

Family Goals
  • Love my husband and Hannah - and enjoy our two days away.

Personal Goals

Home Management Goals
  • Sweep and vacuum floors.
  • Reorganize my clothes: put away maternity/winter clothes and get out summer clothes.

Blog Goals
  • Write Purex Insiders review and giveaway post (schedule for next week).

My 8 Weekly Goals

I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things as I adjust to taking care of a baby. I haven't completely figured out how to fit everything in to my day, but I'm getting there. I did some baking last week, which I thoroughly enjoyed! It's so nice to have muffins and rolls in the freezer again! Here's what I accomplished:

Family Goals
  • Love my husband and Hannah!

Personal Goals

Home Management Goals

Blog Goals

  • Begin blogging regularly again.

This week, we're getting ready for Hannah's baptism, which is on Easter Sunday, so we will have family in town at the end of this week. In the meantime, here's what I'd like to get done:

Family Goals
  • Love my husband and Hannah.

Personal Goals

Home Management Goals
  • Sweep and mop the floors.
  • Get information for well water test.
  • Make kennel reservations for our dog.

Weekly Goals Update

My goals for last week were minimal and simple and I did well with everything - except Baby Girl isn't here yet!

Family Goals
  • Love my husband and baby (and hopefully have this Baby Girl!).

Personal Goals

Home Management Goals

  • Reorganize the bookshelf in our bedroom.
  • Set aside books for trade-in on Amazon. {None of them were eligible for trade-in, but I did donate all of them to our local library system.}

Blog Goals
Nothing special happening on the blog this week.

Because we do expect Baby Girl to make her appearance this week, I am not making any goals. I'll be taking a break from weekly goal setting for at least a few weeks as we adjust to having a baby at home.

My 7 Weekly Goals

No baby yet...so we're pressing on around here! I am really hoping she decides to come this week, so goals will be simple. And they may not be accomplished - but that's okay!

Here's how I did on last week's goals:

Family Goals
  • Love my husband and baby! (And maybe have a baby?!)

Personal Goals

Home Management Goals
Honestly, it's very difficult for me to do any housework now (at 38 weeks pregnant!). I'll stick to the basics this week and call it good! I can still manage to do the laundry and clean the bathrooms - and that's enough for me. :)

My 11 Weekly Goals

Last week was not my most productive week. I came down with a nasty head cold on Monday and being 35 weeks pregnant made it that much worse. For most of the week, I just did the minimum in order to stay afloat. By the weekend, I was able to get a few more tasks done, so the week wasn't a total loss!

As 2013 starts, you can check out a few posts I've done recently about my goal-setting in the new year:
And here's the wrap-up on what I did accomplish last week:

Family Goals
  • Love my husband and baby!
Personal Goals

Home Management Goals

  • Schedule treadmill work with local service company. {Ok, so I have been trying to get this scheduled for 2+ weeks now! It takes about eight steps and ten phone calls to make this happen, apparently. I am hoping to finally have an actual date scheduled this week!}
  • Use Borax in weekly laundry (for review purposes). Look for a review (and giveaway!) in about two weeks! {I did use Borax in this week's laundry and plan to review it early next week - and I have a few freebie coupons to give away, too!}
  • Print and pull 2012 tax paperwork.
  • Make gluten free banana chocolate chip muffins. {These are SO yummy!}

Blog Goals

  • Work on Buy Price Comparison spreadsheet (part 2).
  • Write the next 2013 Buy Price post (will go up Monday, Jan. 14).
