Oooh! I am excited - I have managed to miss this coupon every time it's been available in the past, so I'm glad it's available tonight!

Coupons.com has the $1 off Skittles, Starburst or Lifesavers coupon available again! I can see it without a zip code.

Word on the street is that Walmart sells the "lay down bags" for $2, and you may find similar pricing at Target. Dollar General puts them on sale quite often as well.

This is valid on the 13-16 oz. bags and the coupons I printed expire on September 29!

I would definitely print this coupon now if you want it - it never lasts very long!
