We survived our first week of me working! Our entire week was crazy but we didn't eat out at all. Having meals planned out was a lifesaver! It also provides us with plenty of flexibility.
Sunday: Harvest Dinner at the "little church"
Thaw chicken and cut up.
Monday: Chicken Tacos in the crockpot
Thaw Italian sausage, cook.
Tuesday: Spaghetti (sauce in crockpot)
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thaw chicken and cut up.
Thursday: BBQ Chicken Sandwches in the crockpot
Friday: T-bone steak (The in-laws are coming for the weekend and bringing steak!), roasted potatoes, and a veggie.
Saturday: We'll be in La Crosse, so we'll probably end up eating out. If we don't eat out, we'll grill burgers at home.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days. Now that I'm working part time, I take my lunch to school.
