This week was absolutely insane! We got back on Tuesday night at approximately 3:00 p.m. and hit the ground running immediately! The refrigerator has been almost bare since before we left, but I didn't make it to the grocery store until Friday afternoon. Thanks to some creative menu planning and making the most of what little we did have, we still managed to eat this week (and we only ate out once, on the night we got back!).
