Shopping Notes: 2/7

Here's a couple notes from my big shopping trip today:

• Nutella: Regular price at Walmart is 3.42. The Rapids Walmart was out. If you can find it, the 1.00/1 coupon makes it 2.42.
• The Rapids Walmart carries the new Philadelphia Cooking Creme, regular price of 2.48. Use the 1.50/1 coupon (no longer available) to get it for just 0.98.
• Walgreens:
• Keep an eye out for 1.00/1 peelie coupons on the Right Guard Total Defense 5 body washes. This week, they are on sale for 3.99. Use the 1.00/1 coupon, pay 2.99 out of pocket, and get a 3.00 Register Reward back!
• The Walgreens I was at couldn't find any Hershey's Drops candy. The associate even searched the back room. So, instead of buying candy, I bought TP - doesn't seem fair, does it?!
• Walgreens sells Cottonelle (12 double rolls) for 5.00 (everyday price). The February coupon booklet has a store coupon for 1.00/1. You can also combine that with a manufacturer's coupon, if you have one. This is an excellent deal on toilet paper!
• Aldi: Yeast is a seasonal product at Aldi. Who knew? Someone remind me of that in the fall - I need to stock up!
• Copps:
• The Kraft 2% Singles are not included in the sale; they are 3.39. Use the 1.00/1 coupon to get them for 2.39. The Rapids Copps was completely out of the regular Singles, which are 1.66 this week.
• The Rapids Copps was out of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. A shelf tag indicated that they are having trouble getting it from their supplier but that it has not been discontinued.
