• Sample of Crest Pro Health Clinical toothpaste plus coupons
• Sample of Crest Pro Health Invigorating Clean mouthwash plus coupons
• Sample of Oral-B Glide Pro Health Clinical Protection floss plus coupons
• A coupon for Oral-B Pro Health toothbrush

It appears that these are all individual samples, but the website is not totally clear. It could be that you only need to sign up once and you will receive all of the samples together...
