Xtra detergent deal at Dollar General is even better!

I stoppd by Dollar General quick this morning before my dentist appointment to check on the Xtra laundry detergent deal. It's even better than I thought!

The 144 oz. bottle is on sale through Sunday for $4.50. At my store, there was a blinkie coupon machine by the detergent with $1 off coupons! I have heard reports that these coupons have been found at other Dollar General stores around the country as well.

After coupon, you will pay $3.50 for 144 oz. of detergent, which is 2.4 cents per ounce. That is about as good as it gets! My store only had the Tropical Passion scent in stock and on sale.

I only bought one bottle, but I picked up a few extra coupons to keep in my stash. The coupon is for $1 off a 144 oz. bottle or $1 off (2) 75 oz. bottles of Xtra detergent. It expires on August 28, 2011.
