Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ignore all the stuff in the background...we pack lunches regularly!

This is seriously the easiest recipe you'll ever find for gluten free cookies! These cookies need only four ingredients. That's it. They have no flour in them - and they taste amazing!


Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
  1. Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg together. I used my Kitchen Aid mixer - you want to make sure everything is mixed thoroughly.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips with spoon.
  3. Drop cookies on cookie sheet - each cookie should be about a tablespoonful.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Watch them closely!
Makes approximately 27 cookies.
