This is seriously the easiest recipe you'll ever find for gluten free cookies! These cookies need only four ingredients. That's it. They have no flour in them - and they taste amazing!
Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4-1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix peanut butter, sugar and egg together. I used my Kitchen Aid mixer - you want to make sure everything is mixed thoroughly.
- Stir in the chocolate chips with spoon.
- Drop cookies on cookie sheet - each cookie should be about a tablespoonful.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Watch them closely!
I promise these cookies will be a hit wherever you take them! These cookies will impress people so much that they will think you spent hours slaving over them. :)
