Savings at Kwik Trip!

I know for sure this is a first! I have never posted about savings at a convenience store before. :) However, around these parts, Kwik Trip is known to be a great place for a number of items. We regularly purchase eggs, milk, ice cream, butter, potatoes, and bananas at Kwik Trip. I do purchase these items elsewhere occasionally - but only when that price is better than Kwik Trip's everyday price.

As a reminder, these items are always $0.38/lb. at Kwik Trip:

• Potatoes
• Onions
• Bananas

Don't forget to get your punch card, too! You get one punch for each half gallon of orange juice, milk or ice cream that you purchase at Kwik Trip. When you fill up your card, you get $1 off your next purchase.

Here's what in-store specials you will find at Kwik Trip now:

Now through October 28:

• Milk is $1.09 per half gallon (skim, 1% and 2% in half gallon bags).
• A gallon jug of milk is $2.39.

October 21 through December 9:

• Eggs = $0.99 per dozen. (Hooray!)
• Butter = $1.99 per pound. (Yippee!)

*This is a fantastic price for butter (one we don't see too often!), so I'd recommend buying extra and freezing it. They ran this same sale in May of this year, so I'm guessing we can expect to see this sale two times per year.

Wednesday $1 Specials:

• October 5: Soup or chili (8 oz.) or grilled cheese sandwich.
• October 12: Pizza slice.
• October 19: Cheeseburger.
• October 26: Chicken sandwich.

Bakery Specials:

• October 1-3: 4 ct. cinnamon rolls, $2.99.
• October 7-10: Mini donut tubs ($1.99) and Mini Cookie Tubs ($2.99).
• October 14-20: Half dozen Glazers donuts, $1.99.
• October 21-24: Kwikery cookies, $2.99 per half dozen.
