One of Target's Daily Deals today is a 5 piece Eco Tools brush set for just $5.99! Daily Deals always come with free shipping, although it seems that this may not be working right for this deal. I would suggest calling Target's Customer Service to get the free shipping applied to your order.
I'm not sure what the price is for this in stores, but if you can find it at a Target store, you can use the $1 off coupon from the November All You magazine!
They also have a Disney Cars Francesco pillow for only $10. You shouldn't have any trouble with the free shipping on this one.
