I participated in this offer last year and did receive my free bottle + two packets without any problem. I must admit that I live for my Sinus Rinse - twice a day, every day! I do make my own solution based on a "recipe" from my ENT, which certainly makes it much more affordable. And with fewer sinus infections, I also spend less money at the doctor and on medications!

Note - You can request a Neti Pot also, if you are interested in that instead. You cannot request both, however. I will tell you that using the Neti Pot was an absolutely horrible experience for me...
