Neosporin Essentials free after rebate {Walgreens and Amazon.com ideas}

The rebate can be found in today's (3/18) newspaper or you can print it online. Note that this rebate has a short life; you must purchase by 3/26 to qualify. It's valid for up to $15 back on the purchase of a Neosporin Essentials Trial pack.

After you purchase Neosporin Essentials trial pack (this week!), fill out this rebate form and send it in with the original UPC and original receipt. Requests must be received by 4/15 to qualify.

*There's one line that concerns me with purchasing it on Amazon - the rebate says this: "Store-identified receipt must emanate from same state as consumer address." I am not sure if this means they won't accept receipts from online purchases or what.

If you plan to buy online, I would purchase it today in order to make sure you get the receipt and can mail the form in on time!
