Menu Plan 4/15: Buttermilk Chicken Strips, Cheeseburger Meatloaf...
I don't think we'll have too much out of the ordinary this week...thank goodness! We are still recovering from Holy Week & Easter, plus a funeral mixed in there, too.
Sunday: This will depend on the weather...either something on the grill or maybe gluten free pizza (with Bob's Red Mill crust mix).
Monday: I'm making an alfredo sauce over noodles (hubby will be gone). Someone gave me this sauce mix...
Tuesday: Leftovers.
Wednesday: Pioneer Woman's Buttermilk Chicken strips, Sweet Corn Muffins, roasted potatoes and carrots.
Thursday: Cheeseburger Meatloaf (didn't have this last week), fried potatoes, veggies.
Friday: Grill.
Saturday: Grill.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

Sounds like a great meal plan. I will come over to have the Alfredo pasta... my husband doesn't like it so I never make it :) The buttermilk chicken strips sound yummy too!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's too funny, Alison - my husband doesn't like alfredo either, so that's why I am making it this week. :)
DeleteI sure hope the buttermilk chicken strips are yummy - they are a new recipe for me!
