Walmart sells a package of Tena pads for under $3. According to Walmart's coupon policy, you can use this coupon on that package and the "overage" can be applied to other items in your cart.

I'd recommend printing a copy of Walmart's coupon policy and taking it with you, because I have had problems with overage in the past!
