Book review: Understanding World Religions in 15 Minutes a Day
I recently had the opportunity to review the book "Understanding World Religions in 15 Minutes a Day" by Garry Morgan.
This was a very interesting read. In college, I took a semester-long class about world religions, but I found that this book was a great refresher for me. I really appreciated that the chapters were only about four pages long. Even with those short chapters, the author still managed to cover the basics of each religion very well.
I intend to keep this book for future reference and think it will be a great resource. If you are interested in reading the basics about the many religions in our world today, I'd highly recommend "Understanding World Religions."
Disclaimer: I received a free copy of Understanding World Religions in 15 Minutes a Day" from Bethany House Publishers. The opinions expressed here are my own.
I'm continuing to work my way through my 2012 Reading List. Up next: 7 Habits for Highly Effective Families.
