Festival Coupon Mailer

Festival is having four weeks of coupons in the month of October. I received the coupons in a mailer this week at my house. You'll need to have the coupons in order to get these deals.

These are technically store coupons, so I would expect that you could combine a manufacturer coupon with them. However, since Festival has no written coupon policy, YMMV on this one!
