Menu Plan 11/14
It's hard to believe another week is gone and November is half over. I can't believe Thanksgiving is next week already! It appears that winter is really here in central Wisconsin – snow flurries are in the forecast. Yikes!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Chili (I'm just going to cook the meat and then dump all the ingredients in the crockpot after church and let it simmer for the afternoon!), Chebe GF bread (My husband has been asking for this for weeks…and he's not even gluten free!)
Monday: Cheesy BBQ chicken sandwiches (crockpot – Monday is going to be a CRAZY day!)
Tuesday: Chili Coney Dogs (hot dogs with leftover chili!) – eating at church
Wednesday: Leftover night! – eating at church
Thursday: Chicken tacos (crockpot – from my freezer cooking)
Friday: Meatballs with mashed potatoes – I don't have a link for this recipe. It's a new one for us!
Saturday: Pizza chicken (This is basically chicken covered with homemade pizza sauce and baked in the oven; top with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese at the end.)
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days. Now that I'm working part time, I take my lunch to school (and sometimes we meet at church and eat together!).
