I am exhausted from this week already - and it has only just begun! This is just going to be "one of those weeks." The funny thing is, we will still need to eat 3 meals a day, even amidst the craziness! :)
Sunday: Corned Beef and Cabbage
Monday: Tacos (from the freezer).
Tuesday: Lent dinner at the little church for Mike/meeting all day up north for me.
Wednesday: Lent dinner at the big church for both of us. I'll be eating leftovers, probably.
Thursday: BBQ chicken sandwiches.
Friday: {In-laws come to visit} GF pizza.
Saturday: Beef roast, potatoes, veggies.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days. Since I work part time, I take my lunch to school (and usually we meet at church and eat together!).
