Menu Plan 3/20


We finally catch a little break around here this week. I have a long weekend at school next week (a pseudo "spring break"), so we actually get to go away - just the two of us - for a night! Hooray! I will finally be able to catch up on some stuff at home, too.

I hope.

Sunday: Garlic parmesan chicken, roasted potatoes, vegetables.

Monday: Cheeseburger Meatloaf, fried potatoes. (I use this recipe - loosely- for the meatloaf. I don't roll it up, I just layer it in the pan.)

Tuesday: Dinner at the small church.

Wednesday: Dinner at the big church (husband); leftovers for me.

Thursday: Gone.

Friday: Pizza. (We'll be getting home around dinnertime, I think.)

Saturday: Shepherd's Pie (probably Italian Style from Taste of Home), veggies.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days. Since I work part time, I take my lunch to school (and usually we meet at church and eat together!).
