Lysol offered this same promotion last year and I think it went over pretty well. I didn't submit mine because our insurance actually covers our flu shots completely.
You can submit for a $5 rebate when you buy one Lysol product and get a flu shot. This offer is valid through February 29, 2012. You will need to submit the downloaded rebate form, a receipt showing payment of your flu shot, and a receipt showing the purchase of a Lysol product.
