Menu Plan 10/2


I actually have no sub jobs scheduled for this week, although I'm fully expecting that to change - probably at 6:30 AM on Monday morning! :) I've got plenty to do around the house this week, though, so I know I'll stay busy enough.

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Sunday: We'll either grill or I'll make Spanish Rice with hamburger.

Monday: Pizza meatloaf, rice, veggies.

Tuesday: Ranch chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies.

Wednesday: Undone Stuffed Pepper Casserole (new recipe!).

Thursday: Cheesy Garlic Chicken Pasta, veggies.

Friday: Grill.

Saturday: Grill.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days.
