How did you do on accomplishing your weekly goals last week? Overall, I did fairly well. I subbed two days last week and otherwise, had a very "normal" week. That certainly makes it much easier to acomplish my tasks!
Here's what I accomplished last week:
Family Goals
- Love my husband. :) (This will not be crossed off because I'll never be done with this task!)
Begin brainstorming Christmas gifts.Got a good start on this.Call my sister. We talked on Wed. evening.
Personal Goals
Start reading Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done. This is not the book for me!Prepare Sunday School lesson.Done!Gather items to donate for Vets' bags and take to church on Sunday.Done! (And I'm taking more this week after today's shopping trip.)
PrintWeekly Goal sheetand begin using it. (put in binder)Done!Clean bathrooms thoroughly.Yep, I did it. Begrudgingly. :)
Use "mind maps" to brainstorm ideas for November "home organization" series.Got a great map started last week for this series.
Family Goals
- Love my husband.
- Continue brainstorming Christmas gifts.
- Put together November budget.
- Prepare Sunday School lesson.
- Go to the library and check out 2-3 books.
- Start reading one of my library books.
- Make homemade seasoned salt.
- Make homemade gluten free calzones.
- Sweep and vacuum.
- Put together November menu plan (read why and how!).
- Outline November "home management" series.
Your goals for the upcoming week look great! I've never thought of making homemade seasoned salt...I hope it turns out wonderfully. :)
ReplyDelete@Sandra Yes, I'm hoping it works out, too. Should be nice for cooking, if nothing else. Have a great week!
