Menu Plan 1/15: Pizza Pie, Garlic Cheesy Chicken Pasta, and more!


We were gone over the weekend, so my menu plan is just going up today! The past two weeks have been crazy at our house and we are both looking forward to a more "normal" week this week!

Sunday: Gone.

Monday: Breakfast for dinner when we got home (pancakes and sausage).

Tuesday: Pizza Pie, veggies, garlic toast.

Wednesday: Chicken and rice with homemade cheese sauce, veggies.

Thursday: Beef and hash browns (skillet dinner), veggies.

Friday: Garlic Cheesy Chicken Pasta (I make both gluten free and regular versions), veggies.

Saturday: Homemade pizza burgers, homemade fries, veggies.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.
