Weekly Menu Plan 5/20: Hamburger Gravy, Chicken Taquitos, Pizza and more!

Temperatures are really warming up here in Wisconsin. I am really looking forward to the warmer months - especially once our association pool opens! :)

Here's what we'll be eating this week:

Sunday: Out.

Monday: Hamburger Gravy over homemade mashed potatoes, veggies.

Tuesday: Baked Chicken Taquitos, veggies.

Wednesday: Homemade "Hamburger Helper" pasta, veggies.

Thursday: Homemade pizza (with Bob's Red Mill GF crust and homemade pizza sauce).

Friday: Grill.

Saturday: Grill.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.
