Menu Plan 11/4: Taquitos, Buttermilk Chicken Strips, and more!
Sunday: Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos, homemade applesauce.
Monday: Pizza (I think we're going to try a new-to-us pizza place that I just found out has gluten free crusts!).
Tuesday: Leftovers (from last week's experimental meal, which we liked!).
Wednesday: Dinner for husband at church/leftovers for me.
Thursday: Buttermilk Chicken Strips, veggies, rice.
Friday: Gluten Free Cheeseburger Pie, veggies.
Saturday: Carnitas, veggies.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

We have a great local pizza place with gluten free crust and dairy free cheese. I love them! :)
