Menu Plan 1/27: Chicken marsala, Quesadillas, Pizza Burgers + more!
Sunday: Chicken Marsala (we use the recipe on the back of marsala cooking wine bottle), boiled potatoes, veggies.
Monday: Quesadillas (with leftover taco meat from last week), veggies.
Tuesday: Chicken and Rice with Homemade Cheese Sauce, veggies.
Wednesday: Pork in the crockpot (with slow cooker sauce), twice-baked potatoes, veggies.
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner.
Friday: Homemade Pizza Burgers, potatoes, Cheesy Vegetable Casserole.
Saturday: Salsa chicken, Easy Roasted Potatoes & Carrots.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

Your menu sounds great! I love breakfast for dinner, too. Comforting, frugal AND delicious! :) We haven't had pizza purgers in a while - I'll have to make those soon. Thanks for the inspiration and for joining in on the Gluten Free Menu Swap! Have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteYep, we love breakfast for dinner. And we also love pizza burgers...those are one of my husband's specialties!
DeletePizza burgers sounds like a great compromise to try on my kids. One loves pizza, one loves burgers. Can't wait to give it a try.
DeleteWe made up the recipe...
DeleteWe add a bit of pizza sauce, cut-up pepperoni & mushrooms, and some shredded mozzarella cheese to one pound of hamburger. Then form patties and cook them (we use our Presto griddle).
