We are as ready as we're going to be for a crazy March! Let the fun begin!
Sunday: Ranch Chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies.
Monday: Ground beef and hash browns (skillet dinner), carrots.
Tuesday: Chicken tacos (with homemade seasoning).
Wednesday: Ash Wednesday/Lenten supper at church.
Thursday: I'm hoping for carnitas...but that depends if I can find pork at a decent price on Wednesday when I go shopping.
Friday: Pizza Pie, garlic toast.
Saturday: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, veggies, roasted potatoes.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days. Since I work part time, I take my lunch to school (and usually we meet at church and eat together!).
