Super Savings Saturday 5/7

This week was a busier shopping week for us. I was so happy to be able to get to Copps last Saturday - that trip went so well! I feel like we spent a lot of money this week, but this was a big stock-up week. And, the rising food prices are certainly affecting everyone. Here's the week's wrap-up:

Target
See that quick trip...
Total: 6.48

Copps/Pick N Save - Two transactions
See the full breakdown...
Total: 35.76

Walgreens - a great trip!
 Walgreens - Four transactions

Kwik Trip
--1/2 gallon bag of milk, 1.34 (Buying it in the bag is not such a great deal anymore...!)
I bought 5 lbs. of butter at 1.99 per pound. This is a great price, so I stocked up while it's still guaranteed. Four pounds went straight to the freezer!

(1) Uncle Ben's brown rice pouch FREE (used free product coupon)

(1) GV cheddar cheese, 1 lb., 4.38
(2) Philly cooking cream, .98 each (used 1.50/1 blinkie coupons that I found at Festival!)
(5 lbs.) Boneless/skinless chicken breasts, 1.88/lb. = 9.23 total
