Menu Plan 2/26: Chicken & Rice with cheese sauce, Fiesta Chicken with Rice, and more!
Sunday: Chicken and Rice with Cheese Sauce, veggies.
Monday: Italian Shepherd's Pie (from Taste of Home).
Tuesday: Lenten meal at the little church.
Wednesday: Lenten meal at the big church/leftovers.
Thursday: Leftovers or ring of bologna, veggies, potatoes.
Friday: Pizza Sloppy Joes (from the freezer), veggies, potatoes., maybe Chebe rolls?
Saturday: Fiesta Chicken with Rice, applesauce.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.
