Menu Plan 4/30: Pizza chicken, pasta and grilling...


It's a little late this week, but here's our menu plan for the week:

Sunday and Monday: Gone/traveling home.

Tuesday: Pizza chicken, roasted potatoes and carrots.

Wednesday: Homemade "Hamburger Helper" pasta, vegetables.

Thursday: Homemade chicken nuggets, homemade fries, vegetables.

Friday: Grill.

Saturday: Grill.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.
