I am so ready to get back into regular cooking and baking here at my house! On Saturday, I made Gluten Free Cinnamon Doughnut Muffins and Double Chocolate muffins (for my husband, not gluten free). The gluten free muffins are delicious!
Here's what we will be eating this week:
Sunday: Confirmation party.
Monday:
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas (using the kit from a Meat Special Buy at Aldi).
Wednesday: Marinated pork, rice, vegetables. (We need to eat a simple, quick dinner at church this night.)
Thursday: Crispy ranch chicken, roasted potatoes and carrots.
Friday: Grill.
Saturday: Grill
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.
