Weekly Menu Plan 5/27: Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos, Pizza Pie + more!

Happy Memorial Day!

Sunday: It's going to be 95 degrees outside - so we'll be grilling! Gotta keep the heat out of my kitchen! :)

Monday: Memorial Day BBQ with circuit pastors and families.

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos, salad.

Wednesday: Gluten Free Pizza Pie, garlic toast or rolls.

Thursday: Ranch Chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies.

Friday: Out to eat after a day in La Crosse.

Saturday: Grill.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.
