Menu Plan 10/7: Hamburger Gravy, Pizza Chicken, and more!


Sunday: Grilled chicken, rice with homemade cheese sauce (leftover), raw veggies with dip.

Monday: Hamburger Gravy with Mashed Potatoes, veggies, rolls.

Tuesday: Leftover night before Bible Study.

Wednesday: Hash browns and ground beef (skillet dinner; we add cheese, pepperoni, seasonings...whatever suits us!), veggies, rolls.

Thursday: Pizza Chicken (baked chicken covered with homemaden pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese), Easy Roasted Potatoes and Carrots.

Friday: Grill.

Saturday: Grill?

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

    Everything for this week's menu plan sounds so wonderful.
    I love this time of year when the temps have cooled down to something liveable in Las Vegas!
    When I opened our coat closet I didn't get hit with a blast of heat today. Now that's much better.
    I'll be on the lookout for soup recipes to add to my recipe file box.
