Menu Plan 1/6: Breakfast for dinner, Chicken & Rice w/cheese sauce, + more!

Sunday: Hamburgers, macaroni and cheese.

Monday: Breakfast for dinner (probably eggs, ham, fried potatoes).

Tuesday: Pizza Chicken, potatoes, veggies.

Wednesday: Ring of bologna, French fries, veggies.

Thursday: Chicken and Rice with homemade cheese sauce, veggies.

Friday: Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes, veggies.

Saturday: Cheddar Ham Soup (from a Taste of Home cookbook).

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

  1. Love breakfast for dinner. Such a quick meal to throw together, especially if I get my husband to do the cooking. :)

He made omelettes tonight; I made the potatoes and dinner was done!
