Menu Plan 11/21

Here's our plan for this week. I can't believe December is right around the corner. Winter is definitely here in Wisconsin now. They are forecasting a little bit of snow for this week - yikes!

Sunday: Marinated pork of some kind, baked potatoes?, veggies

Monday: Leftover chili from last week.

Tuesday: Taco potatoes (using taco meat from freezer cooking).

Wednesday: Mini meatloaves (pizza style)

Thursday: Turkey Day! We'll be at my in-laws' house eating a traditional Thanksgiving dinner!

Friday: At the in-laws still.

Saturday: Parmesan Garlic Chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days. Now that I'm working part time, I take my lunch to school (and sometimes we meet at church and eat together!).
