Menu Plan 8/21


This week should be somewhat "normal" for us, if there is such a thing! My husband will be "working" three evenings this week, which is never fun, but it's part of the job, so we go with the flow. :)

I have two days of babysitting this week and then I am officially "jobless." I plan on staying home from this point forward and substituting at school when it works out.

Sunday: Grilled burgers, potatoes, veggies/salad.

Monday: Homemade "hamburger helper," Spaghetti with homemade pasta sauce, salad.

Tuesday: Monterey Chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies.

Wednesday: Cheeseburger Pie, garlic toast.

Thursday: Pizza Chicken (chicken breasts with homemade pizza sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese on top; baked in oven), fried potatoes, veggies.

Friday: Grill.

Saturday: Grill.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days.
