Menu Plan 10/30

The colder weather is definitely here! Now if I can just convince my hubby to let me make soup. :)

I worked on our November menu plan over the weekend and am excited that we'll be trying a number of new recipes this month, thanks to Pinterest!

Are you interested in menu planning? Read my two part series about why menu planning is so beneficial and how to get started. I promise it will help you live more intentionally!

You can also see my post with a round-up of gluten free recipes that are posted on my blog right now.

Sunday: Homemade Cheeseburger Soup or Homemade Chili. Oops, well, we had neither. Instead, we had Grandma's Taco Soup!

Monday: Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos, corn.

Tuesday: Cheesy Salsa Mini Meatloaves, roasted potatoes and carrots.

Wednesday: Spaghetti with Italian Sausage, garlic toast.

Thursday: Conference overnight.

Friday: Homemade chicken nuggets, homemade fries, veggies.

Saturday: Harvest Dinner at the "big church."

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days.

  1. Well that Taco Soup looks just as good, if not better than the cheeseburger soup. Thanks for joining the menu swap again!
