Menu Plan 11/6: Creamy Chilaquiles, Crispy Pizza Wraps and more!

I sure a hoping to get back to work this week! State testing is nearly over, so that bodes well for substitute teachers. :)

We'll be trying a few new meals this week (again, thanks to Pinterest!): Italian Cream Cheese Casserole, Creamy Chilaquiles, Pizza Wraps and Oven Parmesan Fries.

*Depending on how the week is going, it's possible that I'll insert a "leftover buffet" night - particularly if my refrigerator begins bulging at the seams again!

Sunday: Italian Cream Cheese Casserole (I'm actually going to use a Philly cooking creme, which I got for $0.49 at Target!). We might end up going out to eat...it's been one of those days... I'll make the casserole another night this week, most likely.

Monday: Carnitas (with pork), veggies.

Tuesday: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies.

Wednesday: Pizza Sloppy Joes and Oven Parmesan Fries.

Thursday: Creamy Chilaquiles.

Friday: Crispy Pizza Wraps with homemade pizza sauce, veggies.

Saturday: Parmesan Garlic Chicken, fried potatoes, veggies.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days.

  2. I'm with you on loving Pinterest for new recipe ideas. Oh, and crafty ideas, decorating ideas, and even wardrobe help. I found a Pizza Puff recipe and one for breakfast egg "muffins' that I sent to college with my daughter.
