Menu Plan 12/25: BBQ chicken sandwiches, Tacos, Pizza and more!

I pray that you are enjoying your Christmas festivities today! We are enjoying a quiet Christmas at our home with my husband's parents.

This week will thankfully be a quieter week at our home. My husband will be taking a few days off work and we'll just be enjoying some time to relax and regroup. Here's what we'll be eating:

Sunday: Beef roast, roasted carrots, baked potatoes, and homemade dinner rolls.

Monday: Homemade chicken nuggets (chicken breasts dipped in GF flour mixed with garlic, salt & pepper, then fried), salad with Artisan lettuce, homemade French fries.

Tuesday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches (no recipe - just BBQ sauce, worcestershire sauce, vinegar & brown sugar in the crockpot), vegetables, fried potatoes.

Wednesday: Tacos with homemade seasoning, vegetables.

Thursday: Pepperoni macaroni, vegetables, garlic toast.

Friday: Chicken Enchilada Dip with tortillas, vegetables.

Saturday: Pizza (with Chebe Pizza Crust - it's delicious - and homemade pizza sauce!). We'll have a light dinner and then head to a New Year's Eve party.

For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work most days.
