Pizza Meatloaf {gluten free}


This is a simple recipe that comes together quickly and tastes great!

Pizza Meatloaf

Ingredients
  • 3/4 - 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3-1/2 cup pizza sauce (homemade if you have it!)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 8-10 pieces of pepperoni, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Put meat mixture in a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Top with a few pieces of pepperoni plus more mozzarella cheese, if desired.
