Menu Plan 3/11: Pizza Pie, Monterey Chicken, Gluten free pizza...
It would appear that "spring has sprung" in Wisconsin, although I'm not holding my breath that it will last! However, we will certainly be thoroughly enjoying the sunshine and warm temperatures this week.
Sunday: Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner at church.
Monday: Pizza Pie, vegetables, fried potatoes.
Tuesday: Lenten dinner at the little church/leftovers.
Wednesday: Lenten dinner at the big church (I'm responsible for Cheeseburger Soup this week.)
Thursday: Monterey Chicken, roasted potatoes, veggies.
Friday: Cheeseburger Meatloaf, rice, veggies.
Saturday: Homemade Gluten Free Pizza (with Bob's Red Mill crust and homemade sauce), veggies.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.
