Menu Plan 10/28: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes, + more!
Sunday: Hamburgers, chips & salsa, and homemade applesauce.
Monday: Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches, salad.
Tuesday: Leftover Pizza Meatloaf (from the freezer), veggies, rolls (Butterhorns and Gluten Free Butterhorns).
Wednesday: Slow-Cooker Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes (I'm going to modify this one, so I will share the new recipe if we like it!).
Thursday: (Hubby out of town)
Friday: (Hubby out of town)
Saturday: Swiss Steak dinner at church. (For this, I take a piece of meat home the night before and make it in my own crockpot so it's gluten free. Then I take it along to church on Saturday!)
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

ReplyDeleteMy faithful waffle maker of 16 years died last night! It was a wedding gift so I think that's why my husband and I are upset. Now it's time to shop for another one that will last another 16 years!
Looks like there’s going to be some amazing meals this week. I'm always on the lookout for new chicken recipes.
