Sunday: Christmas Dinner.
Monday: Appetizers before Christmas Eve worship service. We're having:
- Cheese Ball with crackers.
- Chicken Enchilada Dip in tortillas or with tortilla chips.
- Cookie Plate.
- Homemade Chex Mix.
- Shrimp tray.
- Bread with dipping oil.
Tuesday: Christmas Dinner.
Wednesday: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, potatoes, veggies.
Thursday: Council Dinner (Take #2 - we had to reschedule due to the blizzard last Thursday!).
Friday: Meatloaf (either Cheeseburger Meatloaf or Pizza Meatloaf), potato wedges, homemade applesauce.
Saturday: Pizza Chicken, fried potatoes, veggies.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

Appetizers for Christmas Eve sounds like a great idea. We usually do that with family on Christmas Day, so everyone can eat when they're hungry and still take breaks to open gifts. Hope you have a very Merry Christmas!
