Menu Plan 12/30: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, Pizza, White Chicken Enchiladas + more!
Sunday: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, potatoes, veggies.
Monday: Pizza (before New Year's Eve party) - with homemade pizza sauce.
Tuesday: Homemade Chicken Nuggets and french fries.
Wednesday: Cheeseburger Rice, veggies, Butterhorn rolls or Gluten Free Cornbread Muffins.
Thursday: Crispy Ranch Chicken, roasted potatoes & carrots.
Friday: Homemade Spanish Rice with Hamburger, veggies.
Saturday: White Chicken Enchiladas.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

ReplyDeleteThis New Year's Eve, I'm staying home, cleaning our house and doing some blog visiting. Hubby had to work so it will be quiet.
Your menu plan looks delicious.
Have a wonderful week and a Happy New Year!
Menu planning definitely keeps me on track, too!
DeleteHappy New Year to you, as well! :)
Your homemade pizza sauce looks great. It's very similar to the one I make, though I have to admit I haven't made it in a while. I'll have to give yours a try.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
I haven't had storebought pizza sauce in over 2 years...I probably wouldn't like it anymore!
DeleteIt really is one of the easiest things to make. And it freezes SO well!
Happy New Year to you too!
