Menu Plan 5/19: Pizza Pie, Buttermilk Chicken Strips, and more!
Sunday: Leftover grilled pork chops, potatoes, veggie.
Monday: Pizza Pie with Italian sausage, gluten free cornbread muffins, veggie.
Tuesday: Buttermilk chicken strips, potatoes, and veggie.
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner.
Thursday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, rice, and veggie.
Friday: Grill.
Saturday: Grill or out-to-eat.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.
For lunch, I usually eat leftovers or something simple, like grilled cheese or quesadillas. My husband eats a sandwich or leftovers - he takes his lunch to work.

Menu Plan 5/5: Tacos, Cheeseburger Rice, + more!
Sunday: Grilled chicken, rice, veggies.
Monday: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, Easy Roasted Potatoes & Carrots.
Tuesday: Tacos (with homemade seasoning), veggie.
Wednesday: Parmesan Chicken Fingers, potatoes, veggie.
Thursday: Cheeseburger Rice, Gluten Free Cornbread Muffins, veggie.
Friday: Grill.
Saturday: Grill.
For breakfast, we each grab what we want: waffles, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cold cereal, yogurt, etc.

Monday: Leftovers (clean out the fridge!).
Tuesday: Sandwiches in the car/something quick like that.
Wednesday - Saturday: Out of town.

Menu Plan 4/14: Italian Cream Cheese Chicken Casserole, Chicken Enchilada Dip, + more!
Sunday: Pizza burgers, hash browns, fruit.
Monday: Italian Cream Cheese Chicken Casserole, rolls/toast.
Tuesday: Leftovers.
Wednesday: Shredded Pork sandwiches (from the freezer), potatoes, veggies.
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner (probably pancakes & bacon).
Friday: Grill.
Saturday: Chicken Enchilada Dip, veggies.

Saturday: White Chicken Enchiladas, veggies.

Menu Plan 3/24: Pizza, Miracle Chicken Skillet, + more!
Sunday: Gluten free pizza (using Chebe crust mix, with homemade sauce).
Monday: Miracle Chicken Skillet (new recipe for us), veggies.
Tuesday: Cheeseburger Pie, Easy Roasted Potatoes and Veggies.
Wednesday: Chicken Enchilada Dip, veggies.
Thursday: Snack in the afternoon/Seder Meal at church in the evening.
Friday: Leftovers/sandwiches/whatever you can grab before Good Friday service.
Saturday: Out to eat with the entire group of family members who will be here for Hannah's baptism!

Sunday: Hamburger Gravy over Mashed Potatoes, veggies.
Monday: Chicken Tacos (with homemade taco seasoning).
Tuesday: Lenten dinner.
Wednesday: Lenten dinner/leftovers.
Thursday: Pizza Chicken, Easy Roasted Potatoes and Carrots.
Friday: Italian Shepherd's Pie, veggies.
Saturday: Chicken and Pasta with cheese (similar to this recipe), veggies.

Menu Plan 2/10: Taco Dip, Pizza Sloppy Joes, BBQ Chicken sandwiches, + more!
Well, Baby Girl is due at the end of this week, but here's the menu plan in the event that we have to wait another week for her!
Sunday: Leftovers (meatloaf, broccoli and hash browns).
Monday: Taco Dip in tortillas, veggies.
Tuesday: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, rice, veggies.
Wednesday: Ash Wednesday dinner at church.
Thursday: Our 4th anniversary! We'll have Buttermilk Chicken Strips or maybe go to Culver's (I've been craving ice cream...ridiculous in winter, I know!).
Friday: Pizza Sloppy Joes, potatoes, veggies.
Saturday: Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches, potatoes, veggies.

Sunday: Pizza during the Superbowl (My husband was excited for a Tombstone pizza, thanks to the fantastic sale at Burnstad's, and I made a Chebe crust for my gluten-free pizza with homemade sauce.).
Monday: Chicken Enchilada Dip (in tortillas), veggies.
Tuesday: Cheeseburger Meatloaf, hash browns, leftover Cheesy Vegetable Casserole.
Wednesday: Garlic Parmesan Chicken, Easy Roasted Potatoes and Carrots.
Thursday: Cheeseburger Rice, veggies.
Friday: Homemade Chicken Nuggets and Fries, veggies.
Saturday: Hamburger Gravy over Homemade Mashed Potatoes, veggies.

Menu Plan 1/27: Chicken marsala, Quesadillas, Pizza Burgers + more!
Sunday: Chicken Marsala (we use the recipe on the back of marsala cooking wine bottle), boiled potatoes, veggies.
Monday: Quesadillas (with leftover taco meat from last week), veggies.
Tuesday: Chicken and Rice with Homemade Cheese Sauce, veggies.
Wednesday: Pork in the crockpot (with slow cooker sauce), twice-baked potatoes, veggies.
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner.
Friday: Homemade Pizza Burgers, potatoes, Cheesy Vegetable Casserole.
Saturday: Salsa chicken, Easy Roasted Potatoes & Carrots.

Thursday: Out to eat (we are celebrating our 4th anniversary a few weeks early since Baby Girl is due right around the actual date!).

Wednesday: Baked chicken wings, rice, veggies.
Thursday: Leftovers.
Friday: Leftovers/on-your-own (youth event at church).
Saturday: Cheddar Ham Soup (Taste of Home cookbook) - we didn't have this last week.

Tuesday: Homemade Chicken Nuggets and french fries.
Wednesday: Cheeseburger Rice, veggies, Butterhorn rolls or Gluten Free Cornbread Muffins.
Thursday: Crispy Ranch Chicken, roasted potatoes & carrots.
Friday: Homemade Spanish Rice with Hamburger, veggies.
Saturday: White Chicken Enchiladas.

Menu Plan 12/23-12/29: Appetizers, Meatloaf, Pizza Chicken + more!
Sunday: Christmas Dinner.
Monday: Appetizers before Christmas Eve worship service. We're having:
- Cheese Ball with crackers.
- Chicken Enchilada Dip in tortillas or with tortilla chips.
- Cookie Plate.
- Homemade Chex Mix.
- Shrimp tray.
- Bread with dipping oil.
Tuesday: Christmas Dinner.
Wednesday: Garlic Cheddar Chicken, potatoes, veggies.
Thursday: Council Dinner (Take #2 - we had to reschedule due to the blizzard last Thursday!).
Friday: Meatloaf (either Cheeseburger Meatloaf or Pizza Meatloaf), potato wedges, homemade applesauce.
Saturday: Pizza Chicken, fried potatoes, veggies.

Thursday: We are hosting the Annual Church Council Christmas Dinner at our house!
Friday and Saturday are both up in the air right now, depending on a few different factors. I've got a few ideas in mind for meals, but truthfully, I don't even know which meals we will actually be home for!
